These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sportlify at sportlify.ai. By using Sportlify, you agree to these Terms.
What Sportlify provides
Sportlify is a sports prediction-market discovery tool. We surface public market data and AI-generated insights to help you explore events. Sportlify is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Not betting or financial advice
Sportlify does not provide betting, gambling, or financial advice. AI outputs and market data may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for decisions you make. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
Plans and AI usage
Free and paid plans include limits on AI analysis runs and features. We may change plan limits, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice. Unused quota may not roll over unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Sportlify Plus and Sportlify Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices shown in the app are in USD; Stripe Checkout may display your local currency and applicable taxes before you pay.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime: Use Cancel subscription on your profile. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.
- Plan changes: Upgrades may be charged immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Invoices: Stripe emails receipts for successful payments. You can also view past invoices from Billing history on your profile.
- AI credits: Subscribers may buy Scout, Rally, Drive, or Surge credit packs for extra runs beyond monthly plan limits. AI Glance costs 1 credit, AI Deep costs 10 credits, and AI Full Debate costs 25 credits. Purchases appear in your Stripe billing history. Unused credits expire when your subscription ends.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
- Circumvent authentication, quotas, or access controls.
- Use Sportlify for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
- Redistribute AI outputs or market data in violation of third-party terms.
Intellectual property
Sportlify branding, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Prediction-market data belongs to its respective sources. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use Sportlify for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimers
Sportlify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of data, or suitability for any purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sportlify and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses related to betting or trading decisions made using the service.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
